5 questions for Claudio Polizzotto
Where does your passion for electronic music come from?
When I was about 10 years old I was fascinated by hardcore music. Making me buy the entire “Thunderdome” collection and moving to techno afterwards. Listening to artists like Scooter, Marusha, Mike van Dyke, Laurent Garnier and other big names at that moment.
Describe some of the feelings you have when you are behind the decks.
I feel like I’m in my world, ready to invade the club with electronic sounds and with a huge desire to amaze the people every time over and over again.
What excites you the most as a DJ/producer?
Improvise and distort the songs every time I touch a console! And then when you see people with amazed faces, this excites me!
How do you see your future within the electronic music scene?
I hope to play alongside international DJs, and I will do my best to get there as soon as possible.
Any news to share regarding upcoming work or gigs?
Getting ready for the beginning of the new year. My next EP titled “ACID TRAVEL” will be released on Bach Music. It will come with a video clip shot in my city Teramo here in Italy.
