Where are you from and what do you find inspirational about where you’re living?
I was Born in LA, living in Montreal, with a middle eastern background. I am always inspired by what this city has to offer from a musical point of view. Being such a petite city, the music community stands strong together and only looks to grow further.
Where does your passion for electronic music come from?
Music has always shown me an original aspect of this world and because of this, I believe there is so much we can create out there, not only with ourselves but everyone that share the same passion.
How has your music been influenced by other artists, musicians, or life in general?
For artists that have inspired me, early 2000s is where I would begin. Trance was a big part of my life, Tiesto and Armin Van Buren, would have been considered my top two artists back then. Later over the years, I was inspired by many genres of electronic music such as, deep house, psychedelic trance, techno, electronica downtempo and many more. After gettina g taste of Montreal’s music scene, I have felt the urge to dig deeper into music and discover as much as I can, only to find out its endless, but that’s the beauty behind it. After being introduced to the Sunwaves, every artist in the line-up had become an influence, followed by Fuse London. I have to say the local artist have also been a great influence in my life.
How do you see your future within the electronic music scene?
I do not know what the music world has for me and I do not know what the future will provide, but I do know my love for music only continues to grow today. By maintaining this strong relationship with myself and music I believe great things will come in many forms.
What can we expect from the mix you made us?
This mix will allow someone to touch base with where I stand with my music.
