This south-Israeli duo called Soulfeed, awesome guys, are creators of deep soulful house music. They are known for their deep melodic vibes and a unique style. A great style we love since we discovered them some years ago. As a duo they know exactly which effects and sounds to use while constructing their deep groove, and organic melodies inspiring the flow of their energy.
This mix is a one-hour long warm blend of oriental and warm soulful tunes.
We are so glad we can present Soulfeed’s end of 2017 mix as a guest mix here on Tanzgemeinschaft. We have been nagging & begging for nearly 2 years, so we are truly happy. This mix is a one-hour long warm blend of oriental and warm soulful tunes. Perfect for this time of year.

Looking back at 2017, how was your in general? Any highlights to mention? What will 2018 bring for Soulfeed?
For us 2017 was more about discovering new sounds, which we will definitely incorporate more in our future releases. It gives the sound a particular direction bringing us closer to our goals and aspirations.
For 2018 we are excited to bring our audience both new releases and some new vinyl EP’s. We are also looking forward to showcase a variety of remixes from some great artists; one of which comes directly from Eduardo de la Calle, which will soon be released in his remix packs. Last but not least, we have some very exciting gigs in new places coming up which we are thrilled about! We’ve worked really hard this year and we certainly hope this will show in 2018!
New things coming up with your record label, Take Away music?
We are always trying to improve Take Away’s platform by looking for new talented artists. We are also constantly searching to bring in new sounds and styles that will align properly to the label’s spirit.
Over the course of the year, we started a monthly serial podcast called Take Away Cast. We are hoping to compliment our monthly podcast with our up and coming label parties.
Back to the mix. What’s your most favorite track in it and why?
It’s really difficult for us to say what our favorite track from this mix would be. Each piece is unique in its own way and in turn it adds to the sum of it all. We carefully selected each track as if it was its own highlight! Our mixes have the ability to transcend any event because the sound itself has the capability to touch the audience in a very particular way allowing for a lot of flexibility in terms of where we play it.
If you can change one thing in the world in 2018, what would it be?
We need to be more aware about the reality and things happening in the world, we all need to act more responsible and each person can do his little thing for our earth.
Thank you so much!!
