For our readers who don’t know much about you, could you tell us a bit about your musical background?
When you work on new music, is the dancefloor always something you have in mind? Or does a certain vibe or flow sometimes transcend that?
Both, in this case, it goes very much hand in hand with keeping in mind the mood I’m in and paying attention to the storytelling in the song so it’s not so boring on the dancefloor.
Later this year you will have a track on our compilation of various artists. Tell us all about that work. How did this one come together? From the idea to the creative process to the final result.
It was quite dynamic in this project as it didn’t take long to finish, I was recycling previous tracks which facilitated the workflow on this one.
Do you believe in the possibility of “reading an audience” and how do you put it into practice?
Is the relationship with the audience on the dancefloor collaborative or, as Derrick May once said, a “battle”?
Always, always and it’s the first thing I do in the first half hour after the DJ set has started the reading on the dancefloor is paramount. The relationship with the audience in my opinion sometimes depends a lot on the context it’s a love-hate haha.
What do you find most challenging in the music business?
Today, at the current stage I’m at, I don’t focus too much on that, I enjoy living in the present.
What is the biggest lesson you have learned along the way?
To learn to listen to my more experienced colleagues.
What do you have planned for the rest of the year? Any new music or collaborations we should know about?
I’m currently working on 3 EPs which won’t see the light of day until I find the right home for them. To be able to present my music in Argentina and the rest of the world.

What are your best musical memories? In your house? In your neighbourhood or town?
My musical memories are in electronic music with trance as the dominant genre in my teenage years.
