Random Soul reveal first single from incoming album with mixes from Dr Packer & Jay Bhana

Sydney’s Random Soul have been celebrating over fifteen years of soulful, deep and funky house hues, releasing music on Large music, Guesthouse, Salted Music and Deepvisionz and their own imprint, Random Soul Recordings. Putting the finishing touches to their second artist album due out next year, they reveal the first single ’Thinking About You’.

Kicking things off with lashings of Random Soul signature party vibes, ’Thinking About You’ is an upbeat song complete with Yogi’s smooth vocals underpinned by a punchy uplifting piano house groove. The remix game is also strong as UK native, Perth based Nu Disco don, Dr Packer puts his boogie-funk trademark on things, injecting a effervescent bassline, and catchy retro synths whilst giving a nod to the party sounds of 1982. Also on the remix package, South African born, Sydney based Jay Bhana takes things deep and spacious, delivering lush warm re-vibe. Can’t wait for the album!
