Now her own imprint, Deep Woods, continues to cement its reputation as one of melodic techno’s best-kept secrets with the release of her latest EP: Dark Woods. The three-track piece highlights the signature sound with which she’s become best-known; it’s haunting and emotive but packed full of club-ready energy – as is the case on each of her productions.

The track DARK WOODS is the first glimmer of my eponymous DARK WOODS EP, the tracks of which will be released progressively until December. And already this first track is something very special for me. I worked intensively on it in the studio and its really club-oriented and at the same time melodic character shows well the style of the whole EP.

Listening to it still gives me goosebumps and pure energy.

Whether it be the synth-heavy tones of the title track; the punchy 4×4 tones of Gazer; or the stirring qualities of Wizard, the label-head proves once again that dance music can be heartfelt right the way through.

And it couldn’t have come at a better time too. Why? Because she’s recently embarked on her USA tour, one that will see her play across some of America’s largest cities including Las Vegas, Miami, Seattle and Stanford to name a few.

With all that under her belt as well as plenty more to come in 2021, the future certainly shines bright for Pretty Pink.
