Oasis is set to bring a unique new festival experience to Morocco with its highly anticipated debut event. Taking place from 11-13 September 2015, it is the first festival of its kind in Marrakech. Oasis will offer up an unexplored festival paradise, in the idyllic surroundings of the Fellah Hotel in Marrakech.

First wave of artists announced

Nestled on the outskirts of the bustling city of Marrakech, Oasis is set to be unlike any other event in the region. Guests at the 3-day event will be able to soak up the Moroccan sun as they dance by the main stage, enjoy a refreshing dip in the pool, relax under the olive trees and revel in the spectacular mountain views, all whilst enjoying a cutting-edge soundtrack supplied by some of the most innovative, forward-thinking artists of the moment.

The first wave of acts performing at the inaugural edition of Oasis have been revealed. Alongside headline sets from DJ Harvey and Âme, Guy Gerber will play alongside Matthew Dear in their first ever B2B festival performance. Oasis also promises to bring the ultimate blend of house, disco and electronica to the exotic Moroccan location with acts including Stockholm native and Studio Barnhus cofounder Axel Boman, Swiss duo Adriatique, an exclusive debut b2b set from Chloé and Michael Mayer, Life And Death label head DJ Tennis, house and disco legend Derrick Carter, Simple Records / Aus Music founder Will Saul, Anjunadeep’s MANIK and Martin Roth, plus Agoria, Alex Niggemann, BLOND:ISH, Danny Daze, Ellen Allien and Fairmont. More than music

In addition to the impressive music programme, Oasis will also deliver a range of non-music delights to complete the festival. There will be plenty of opportunities to nourish the mind, body and soul with daily yoga and wellness activities. Guests will have the chance to experience Moroccan culture on-site: authentic local street food, a wide selection of locally produced products, market vendors, henna artists and more. With the centre of Marrakech just 10 minutes from the festival it’s also the perfect opportunity to explore the city’s rich Berber, Arabic and Moorish culture, historic sights, desert landscapes, souks, spas and aromatic cuisine.
