Liverpool star Yousef releases a remix for “Take This” at Adesso Music

How to do a remix for a track that was already a blast? Well, ask Yousef and he will answer you easily. After collaborating with names like Alan Fitzpatrick, Harry Romero and Gorgon City, the captain of the prestigious and traditional Circus Recordings received the invitation of the Adesso Music team for a rather daring mission: remix “Take This”, a track released on April 30 by Tim Cullen.

 The original version, which carries a super-strong oldschool footprint with samples of ’90s songs, was revisited by Yousef, who decided to add new spices to the track. The remix was released last Friday (18) and arrived to supply the weight catalogue that Adesso Music already have, with other remixes of Audiojack, Patrice Baumel, Darius Syrossian and Kolombo, to name a few.

 Fresh from hosting the first post-pandemic event in the UK with his legendary Circus party in Liverpool, Yousef probably put all his energy into this remix, turning the original house version into a more tribal Tech House, with colorful and happy melodies, but that still emanate that unique vibration that only Tech House provides.
