Labyrinth presents DJ Koze & Co at Tofte Manor

Tofte Manor is a brand new venue that will host a world class line up of dance music talents on Saturday August 7th from midday until 10pm. The multi-stage event features the Treehouse and Labyrinth chi will both be nestled amongst beautiful formal gardens and rolling green lawns in the grounds of this stunning manner house.

Chief amongst the headliners is the one and only DJ Koze. There German titan is boss of his own Pampa Records and always comes at things from left of centre. Always adventurous and constantly entertaining, Knock Knock was his most recent album with huge guests like Róisín Murphy, Bon Iver and José González – who will join him at this show. Expect plenty of hip hop, house, pop, and lands in between. 

González is a world-renowned talent who has unique indie-pop sounds with intimate acoustics and he recently put out his first Spanish language tune and first single in half a decade. ‘El Invento’ was written with his daughter and this will be the first time he plays in the UK since 2019. On the same stage is MCDE, the German selector who has a cult following for always digging deep into anything from disco to house to soul to afro to funk. 

FRED AGAIN was BRIT Awards Producer of 2020 having, so it is said, produced over 30% of 2019’s #1 hits. He has worked with Stormzy, Ed Sheeran, George Ezra, Eminem, FKA Twigs and more. and his debut album late last year ‘Actual Life’ lands soon with vocal samples from the Blessed Madonna. Elder Island also line up with an eclectic house sound. 

The Labyrinth Stage opens with a set from Amsterdam’s Suze Ijó, a real party starter who again brings a real mixed bag. The Treehouse Stage is all about DJ sets  with Rinse queen Josey Rebelle, Ninja Tune favourites Nabihah Iqbal, plus resident of the Blitz Club in Munich, Sedef Adasi and Labyrinth’s curator and resident DJ Nick Castle will also drop an extended set.
