Cristoph knows how to make you dance!

Now here’s a release that gets us so excited we are jumping for joy. The first minute we played Cristoph’s upcoming work, we got that smile on our face and got up from our chair. What a vibe!

Only recently we had an interview with the Brazilian duo Fancy Inc. and talked about their ‘All about love’ release on one of Brazil’s leading record labels Warung Records. So we kept following the label and it came to our attention they have another fantastic release coming up as mentioned. This one’s from Newcastle-based artist Cristoph.

Having played at the famous Brazil club Warung recently, Cristoph now appears on the in-house label with this damn hot new two-track EP entitled “Make-Out/Prisoner”. Before this release, he has had some big tracks on fantastic labels like Knee Deep In Sound, Defected and VIVa.

First up is “Make Out”, seven sparkling minutes of deeply rooted house drums rippled with trance-including and trippy melodies up top. It is a smooth and serene cut and one to get the whole floor locked in. Second comes “Prisoner”, a darker and more driving cut, with tortured bass and shadowy atmospheres all working to get you on your toes. We’ve played this one at least a 10 times and it made us smile and jump each time. What an amazing vibe.

Yet another amazing release on one of Brazil’s leading record labels.
